Application-wide preferences. The IMAP connection will be configured here once the shared mailbox is provisioned. The schema is ready; only credentials are missing.

What you'll be able to do here

Mailbox connection: host, port, encryption (ssl / tls / starttls / none), username, password reference, folder, sync toggle
Match thresholds: auto-classify above N (default 70), needs-review between N–M (default 30), unmatched below
Default responsible person and priority for new outreach
Status vocabulary management
